Thought I would explore the world of electric vehicles a little. The BugE is made in Eugene as a kit. Their web site has lots of information.

I'll have a lot more later. Looks like a great little one-design for doing energy experments.
The BugE is licensed and has made a couple of local trips. With the cold winter and spring we haven't had it out much but hope to when the weather breaks. No performance data yet.
